Refund policy

Due to hygiene regulations, all hair products are non-returnable once opened, handled, or worn. Returns are only accepted if an item is faulty or incorrect, and this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition. If a return is accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a 3-5 days, excluding shipping and processing fees. We do not offer exchanges, and customers are responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchase.
