By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you accept these terms as a binding agreement. Orders are processed promptly and cannot be changed or cancelled once processing has begun. All sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed.

Delivery Information

We use trusted couriers to deliver orders and aim to meet estimated delivery times, however delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. In the event of delivery issues, customers should contact the courier first and notify us within fourteen days if further assistance is required. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene regulations, all hair products are non-returnable once opened, handled, or worn. Returns are only accepted if an item is faulty or incorrect, and this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition. If a return is accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a 3-5 days, excluding shipping and processing fees. We do not offer exchanges, and customers are responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchase.

We accept major payment methods, including Klarna, and by selecting Klarna you agree to their terms and data handling policies.
